Siphon Brewing


I have recently just picked up Siphon brewing skill and I must say that it is fast becoming my favorite brewing method now. Siphon is indeed one of the most scientific method of brewing coffee today, apart from the usual parameters such as amount of coffee used, grind size, water temperature, there is also heat introduced. Also happy to have had the opportunity to introduce this brewing method to a couple of Siem Reap-ers over the weekend afternoon. The hands-on brewing by each participant was the best part of the day!
